in the 27 years I have owned C4s I never had a front Plate. I got pulled over once in my 89 for window tint (before it was legal and was way dark anyway), along with no front plate.. it was a Trooper on the on ramp from I-39 S to I-88 E. No ticket and I forget if it was a warning ticket or verbal. (I played dumb)

Otherwise no issues so far
