Does the entire TB need to be bare for powder coat? Seems pretty delicate. Is there a how to? I searched for solutions. What all comes off? Any tips?

I strip them all the way down.
There is a nylon bushing under the primary return spring that can’t take the heat. Be sure to Dremel off the spot welds on the end of screws that retain the throttle blades to the shaft so you don’t wipe out the threads. Sent from my iPhone using ZR-1 Net Registry

I am down to removing the blades - I can reach the rear of the blade screws in the two large ports, what about the small port on the bottom, is that supposed to be dremeled too? I don't have an attachment that will reach into the small port for the small blade.

Remove the stop pin inserted into the primary throttle shaft which will allow you to flip the small blade over and get at the screw ends from the front side.
