93 zr1 blower speed doesnt show numbers

hi I have a 93 z , the blower speeds don't register nor do the blower speeds work, just shows the temp outside, anybody ever see this? fix? just putting it out there while I try to look into it

I have a spare head unit, it is an ACDelco rebuilt.

Ok thankyou, pulled apart and cleaned contact points,fixed,thx guys
