2019 BG agenda and hotel status?
Been away on a two week trip and noticed the agenda is not yet up on the NCM site. So I wondered if we could get an update on when the BG agenda might be out and whether we have set up a room block and discount at the hotel yet. (I presume the Holiday Inn University Plaza?) I know you are all working hard on it so no pressure but just wondered about an approximate target date. --Bob

Re: 2019 BG agenda and hotel status?
Hi Bob - The Saturday schedule is still being worked; there is a distillery road trip planned Friday. The hotel block codes have been sent via email to members mid February, as well as the Wed/Thurs schedule. I will resend the email to you with the details.
There are only 4 seats remaining in the HPDI of the 30 available. Once sold, we will continue to accept registrations on a stand-by basis. Another Gathering email blast will go out later this week. It is going to be a fun event! Regards, Mark

Re: 2019 BG agenda and hotel status?
Thanks Mark--
Sorry I can't make the HPDE driving event as I can't get down there until Wednesday evening. I'm sure it will be fun. I will book the HI-UP. The link you sent in your first email to book on line said the group code doesn't exist. I will book by phone anyway but thought you'd want to know. Maybe it is OK now. Will sign up for things once the agenda is posted on the NCM website. Any idea when that will be? Thanks, Bob

Re: 2019 BG agenda and hotel status?
Sorry - the code will work once you select the Gathering dates. The agenda is nearing completion - Bob Lambe has done a fantastic job working the road tours, speakers, etc., coming on the the board with a running start. We are fortunate to have him.
I anticipate the schedule, coordinated with the GSR, NCM and the Board, to be up and registration open later next week. Regards, Mark Sent from my iPhone using ZR-1 Net Registry

Look forward to seeing the agenda when it is up and to going in May. Besides being a great guy, Bob Lambe is a great organizer. We went to his gathering at Niagara on the Lake Ontario last summer for a couple of days. A number of interesting things to do all very well organized. Didn't go with the larger group to the IMSA race that weekend but instead went east to visit family. But fun while we were there.--Bob
