I believe they were in a cellophane wrapper and in the holder in the center console. I am not 100% sure of this since I have read somewhere, not sure where now that they came in the green lug nut bag. Maybe someone else has better info.

Have the green bag with lock and 4 locking nuts. Nothing else.

Should also be a warrantee card in the green bag. I'll e-mail you a photo.

Yes, mine is in a clear plastic wrapper.
