Mecom Auction
95 ZR-1, black, 56 thousand miles, looked nice on the computer screen, but they all do. Sold for $17,000, I'm disappointed but not surprised. Ring man said 95 was the rarest of all years, not surprised by there lac of knowledge either.

Re: Mecom Auction
I was there today and saw the car. I think it was 17,800 before commission. All I can say is the cars look way better on TV then they do in person. They also had a 91 that was a no sale at 18k that needed some tlc

Re: Mecom Auction
Any car that doesn't sell, DO NOT BELIEVE THE 'BID GOES ON' price... They fabricate interest if the Reserve is too high to keep the prices up. I sold a 1964 Riviera this year at Mecum, it's a little disheartening...

Re: Mecom Auction
Mecum doesn't seem to bring the prices that some of the other auction houses do. Not sure if it's the cars, the clintele or a little of both
