Except that it's for the early C4 and the '90 'base' car. Nothing applies to a '90+ ZR-1.

Mike, if it's any consolation, I removed the license plate frame BEFORE I noticed the screws in the lens!! DOH!!

Oh ok . Thanks Paul ... It's still winter here and the car is still covered . My bulbs are fine . I just thought that method would work for our cars but it does not .
I will do a little better research next time before I post info .
