did having the center on the outside scar up the polished lip that that it sits on?

SO I think I can swap the centers back to the inside without too much issue. What front brakes do you have? OEM will not be an issue.. I need to check to see if my Wilwoods will cause problems

The mating surface and wheel spokes (which is what usually causes fitment issues) will not change position with respect to the hub/caliper. what really moves is the barrel only. i guess it would move the thickness of the polished lip (not Much) not the thickness of the centers

The C5 brakes needed the clearance for the face of the spokes and then a bit more for the 2 lips of the Barrels..
I think I will be fine, I just never looked into it. I will say that with the centers on the outside, the spacers made the wheel 'fit' a bit better
