It's been out for a while now. I've already beaten the main game

I guess it's the Xbox 1 horizon bundle that's not come out yet.

That car looks great. I just tried to replicate my car in the game, except I would like to get more power.

I have never played a Forza Horizon game. I have heard mixed reviews. What do you think of the game?

I really like it. And the main thing I like about it is that it is an 'open world' game. That's one thing about racing games that always frustrated me a little bit in the past (before 'open world' was a thing), that you would see a city around you, or landscape, etc but you couldn't actually go there. You were forced to stay on pre-determined routes. There are still areas in the distance that you can't go, I found a few areas that when I tried to go there, the game would reset me back to the main area. Or there is a long wall you can't get over, or a long cliff. But inside the main area, you can basically go anywhere.

There is an old game called "Rush 2: Extreme Racing USA" for the N64 that was one of my favorite racing games (actually, liked the whole 'Rush' series). But not being open world, I would always try to find ways of getting outside the boundaries through glitches to drive where you 'weren't supposed to'.

And there are things to do besides just simply racing around a route/track trying to win a race or get the best time. Which for me, gets a bit boring after awhile, I like to explore and just cruise around sometimes.

The weather effects are cool too. For example, you might start out driving around on a beautiful sunny day and suddenly it starts clouding up and raining. And you see actual drops of water on your windshield and the wipers turn on automatically. Same thing happens if you drive through a river or something.

This is a good video a guy did comparing Forza Motorsport 6 to Forza Horizon 3. If you are similar to me with what I mentioned above, Horizon 3 is the one to get. But if you are more hard core racer, sounds like the driving is a bit more realistic in Forza 6.

You need Win 10 to download and run it . Not sure that I want 10 on my gaming computer . But at the same time , I am severely ZR-1 deprived and having a sim version for the winter time would be oh so awesome . Will give it some thought ...
