With C6 Z06 brakes, I face this issue as well. Somebody makes a spare fir the Z06 crowd but they want $900 for it. May look for a C6 wheel/tire.
Does the CTSV have any offset issue. I believe the GTO spare requires a spacer.
I pretty much have settled on the Continental kit w pump and sealant. No good solution when u run staggered wheel sizes.
