Default Caddy Valet Switch?

My mother had some major work done on her Caddy by the dealer.
After driving for a few days, she had to fuel up.
She couldn't get the gas cap access door to open.
She took the car back to the dealer. They said there was a
valet switch that locks the fuel door. Ever hear of that?
Maybe our Z's valet key should have controlled other things.

Googled it...sounds like there's a valet switch in the glove box you need to turn off. Controls the fuel door and trunk.

Give it a look...
