That Z is not moving???

You said in first post It only occurs while driving???

I am sooooo confused

So has to be clutch, pressure plate, throw out Bearing, or Dual Mass Flywheel.

Or maybe Trans Input shaft. but sounds like inside Bell Housing.
I doubt Pilot Bushing would make that noise

In any event....Trans would have to be dropped and you can then inspect Trans In Put shaft and then remove Bell Housing and inspect Throw Out Bearing, Pressure Plate, Clutch, and Flywheel.

It sounds like something is coming apart
