Default OBD 1 screw size

Does anyone know the screw or bolt size/dimemsions that holds the obd1 reader in place? Mine is missing. It is what you plug your scanner into under the steering wheel.

Is this for NCRS? Otherwise, it's a sheet metal screw.

I would try to find an M4.2x1.41 maybe 10-12mm long for starters with a washer head. That should be a very easy find at any of the dealers, GM, FOMOCO, MOPAR, TOYO, NISSAN - all of them should have that. Is it correct? I'd think so but it wouldn't strip-out the dash if it weren't. That size does a good bit of '90 GM interior trim.
