Default AC low blow

Have any of you had a low blow system for the air with high setting? No codes pulled yet.
With it on the setting of 10, the air comes out as if it was maybe a 3 or 4 - not loud and the air seems very low - looking for it to be powerful at 10.
My other corvette and even truck, when the high setting is on you know it, it's very loud with lots of air blowing out.

Blower fan bad or not pulling the correct rpm's? Crap in the coils limiting air flow - hope not cause that seems it would be major pain to get too. I really hope it's not a programmer either.

Thanks

Are you sure it is not just the weak A/C system in our cars?

I noticed my Manual AC on max fan is maybe 1/2 of that of a newer car..

Hi Jeff.
At least I don't think it's the AC system in these cars - 10 - does not feel strong at all. I owned a 91 ZR-1 for like 13 years (traded it in about 4 years ago or so), and from what I remember the air came out much stronger in my old ZR-1 vs this one.thanks

Replace the blower after 24+ years its time. Easy fix and a standard c4 part. Mine before I replaced it you could actually bang the outside of the fan housing and change the pitch (speed) of the blower. 10 should blow like 10. GC

Bang the outside of the housing to change the speed?

Yep there was some binding in the motor so it was basically shot. Should be no surprise really as these old girls are in their mid 20s. Age and use are both a factor. It was time for a fresh blower motor
