Re: Group Purchase Coilover set up
Cool setup
Jeff, when you do coilovers on the front does one or should one also do the crossbrace that connects the frame ust in front of the engine? Is there a torsion issue you have to worry about? Be a great upgrade. |

Re: Group Purchase Coilover set up
Rick, no other upgrade is needed to tie the front end together. No issues have been had with these. DRM used them in racing and several others have used them on the street with no problems as well.

Re: Group Purchase Coilover set up
Jeff, I might be intrested also. I did talk to Randy about this to find out if the kit had been updated. I have this kit on the 415. My rear spring on the twin turbo is weak and needs to be replaced. The 415 has the Bilstein shocks with custom valving. What is your kit made up with. Thanks, wayne

Re: Group Purchase Coilover set up
Wayne, this is the DRM kit. It should be exactly the same as what you have on your 415 car.

Jeff, let me check on the re-valving and spring rates for the car and I will let you know. I need to check the 415's setup. wayne

Re: Group Purchase Coilover set up
I almost emailed you on this Jeff, smokin' deal it is....unfortunately, I had to show restraint since I'll be happy just to hang on to my Z right now. Oh well, I'd rather have a ported and pc'd top end 1st anyway.
