Boy I had plenty of that in my younger dumber days. The stories I could tell...

And I have gotten water in my tanks of my DD's before - mostly at one Costco here. Not enough to have to go to Schrade's extremes - but enough so that they ran like crap. I am picky about where I get gas for the Z - usually Phillips 66 or Shell V-power...
Everclear, only legal in certain States/Provinces. Cant get much higher using simple distillation.

Is the issue of water in gas that is purchased from the pump actually coming off the truck contaminated with H2O, or is the water being introduced by the storage tanks/facility?

If its from the gas station itself, I would think that purchasing a certain brand wouldnt help much.
If the water in gas is actually coming off the truck contaminated, that's shameful.
