It looks like those who can come can make it both days, so let's just pick one.
Unless there's some violent opposition, let's make it the 19th. I can let MMR know, and then finalize plans with them.

I am good for the 19th. The only thought I have on the 12th is that if the weather turns out terrible we would have a backup day in the 19th. But if the 19th is the day, I'm in. --Bob B. (Warp Ten)
