As Kevin states, there is. The regular decals will not have the "Founding Member" designation as seen in the photo, otherwise they are identical.

So do the founding members not get the founding member designator and if not why?

Carter,

As shown in post #5 above you can see the decal for founding members. the decal for regular members (read non-founding members) will not have the "founding member" designation.

Hope that clears it up
