I did the same thing that 365GTB4 did. New OE covers, foam, pump parts etc. I took them to an upholstery guy because they know how to insert the new bladders with out damage etc. My upholstery guy said the same thing about the sport seats. He said "Now I remember why I don't like doing these seats" as they are a PITA. My guy charged me $ 1400.00 for everything. They are like brand new now and look great.
