Apparently we are talking about two different cars here - Paul Dehnert's twin turbo was converted to an automatic several years before his death in 2010.
That's the one that Mecum sold in Indy in 2011. Unless the buyer converted Paul's back to manual after he bought it.

We are talking about the sme car and it was several years ago before his passing.
Paul Dehnert himself brought the Z To Petes for the conversion.
Pete can chime in and tell the story.

I stand corrected - apparently the only automatic conversion by Lingenfelter was Norm's TT.

No worries Glen.
I'm pretty sure that is Norm's ZR-1 in the video it was at BG this year in the NCM and I hear it's for sale.
It has an auto in it done by Lingenfelter.

If that is Paul"s Z back in 2000 it was a manual, he brought it to me for the AUTO conversion 4L80E back in 2005 not sure on the exact year I would have to check paperwork.

Either way I miss Paul he was a great guy one of the best car guys I have ever met, I was very saddened and took it very hard when I heard of his passing.
