Default Anyone going to Bloomington interested in...

A Lexan rear hatch? I will never use this, and could let it go for $300

How thick is it?

Is this a solid piece?

Solid as in one piece? Yes. Solid as in condition? Yes, excellent condition.
This is a cool piece, I thought about keeping it just to have, but it should be used. I think the car had this rear hatch installed when it was at the 20th at the NCM. It also was installed when it was on display in SW's showroom. Here are some pics. It's just hard to ship.....so I thought while I was in Bloomington, one of the Chicago crew would like it.

What i meant was is it flimsy or solid.

A while back i looked at one and it was rolled up in a 6" square box
i did not buy it cause it needed aluminum frame etc, not what i wanted.

Can you tell me the weight difference between the stock glass and Lexan.

Pete

It is not flimsy; when setting on the ground, it sets up off of the floor just like a piece of glass except for a little flex. I don't know the weight difference, but I'm pretty sure the Lexan hatch was completely responsible for the sub 11 second run!
