Sometimes the numbers just work and the transaction takes place quickly, so there is no need to have to advertise, deal with people trying to hammer on you on your price, etc... Sales tax on a ZL1 is pricey too, but only having to pay the difference with trading in these cars i'm sure put a big dent in it ![]() |

In regards to the cams, on the 490 package the cams are different. I infact have the original set that was in my car sitting on my shelf. I was lucky enough that the original owner provided me with all the original parts that were replaced after it went through its transformation.

I finally got the car out to a cruise night last night, had alot of fun, met alot of very nice people (including a forum member!) and the interest in the car was unreal. Cant wait to enjoy it more this summer!
![]() ![]() After some people left, I was able to move the car with two good friends who own a beautiful 72 442 and super nice 73 z28: ![]() ![]() I still have lots of detailing to do in the nooks and crannies, buffing of the paint (black is tough with towel marks...), and some nick nacks to work on, but i'm having fun! |
