The 2nd Annual Scottsdale Polo Championships: Horses+Horsepower would like to invite members from the Cruisin' Arizona to participate in this year’s high-energy event on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at WestWorld of Scottsdale.
Last year’s turnout was great, and we hope, with your help, to expand our exotic and classic car showcase. Valley of the Sun Clean Cities will sponsor an Odyssey Day vehicle fair from 8 am to 6 pm Saturday, October 20, at the Pavilions at Talking Stick, 9175 E. Indian Bend Road, Scottsdale, Arizona, 85250. The event is free and open to the public.
The goals of Odyssey Day are to enhance understanding and enthusiasm regarding alternative fuel vehicles to advance the nation’s economic, environmental and energy security: by adopting practices that reduce air pollutants and petroleum consumption with the attendant dependency on foreign oil. The Alternative Fuel Odyssey event is part of a four-level auto show that will allow the public to experience a wide range of automotive vehicles.
The Alternative Fuel Odyssey will be held near the south side of Indian Bend, near the 101 freeway and will feature the latest in alternative fuel vehicles and equipment: All-Electric, Biodiesel, Compressed Natural Gas, E-85 Ethanol, Hybrids & Propane. Users also display their alt-fuel vehicles including some of the major names in commercial and municipal operations. There will be roughly 40 clean fuel vehicles on display, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Here the public will be able to view the exotic new 130 mph all electric Tesla s sedan( O to 60 in 5.6 seconds with “0” emissions), the Volt, the Leaf, the Honda hybrid CRZ, the latest in Prius hybrid plug-ins, flex-fuel ethanol capable, propane powered and natural gas powered vehicles.

The Scottsdale Pavilion Car Show, held near McDonald’s each Saturday night and features classic cars with a variety of classic and muscle cars, hot rods and modern exotics.
The Oldsmobile Auto Club Show takes place during the McDonald's Weekly Car Show. A row is reserved for club members and Oldsmobiles of all ages.The Scottsdale International Auto Museum, located in The Scottsdale Pavilions, houses some of the most exotic cars in the world: classic cars, vintage cars, historical cars and unique exotic cars.
