I am kind of fortunate in that looking for "correct", I have my factory original '94 and my dad's '95 to look at as being correct and right. I have had the '94 since 2001 with 6500 miles and dad's has 2500 miles. This new (to me) '95 is going to be my fun car. It has a little over 50,000 miles and while not bad, some of it's past service work left alot to be desired. Certainly and obviously to me, the dealership service techs didn't care what type of car it was as many fasteners are wrong, broke, or missing altogether. Regardless, it won't be a difficult project, and will ultimately become one Bad___ (awesome) car! What I do know is that both factory original cars have clamps stamped "47" on the radiator inlet end and "44" on the metal crossover pipe end. Kurt White lists the details of this spring clamp as: "Used for coolant hose Part # 10135659 Factory original supplier: GM Ring type 41.5mm - 50.0mm with a nominal size of 47mm "Stamped T"..." Yes, Kurt has the clamps, and if need be, I will go there, but I wanted to check here first. |

For the past 10 or so years for "constant tension" clamps I've used Isuzu truck hardware. |
