ZR-1's aren't tough to keep running, who told you that!!

Haven't feared an automotive system to date, and my guess is this BMW variant won't either. I've had plenty a challenge, but none have broken me yet!

The turbo diesel in this one is new to me, but I figure by the time the warranty runs out, I will have armed myself with some pretty good knowledge of how it works.

personal experience. every year I've gota replace something on this car to keep it running...but i still love it

Just put the bolts into the corresponding holes of the replacement pump as you pull them one at a time. Once all the bolts are out just put them back into the old pump (now on the ground) and pull them as you bolt up the new pump. To make this repair happen you only need to remove the Air cleaner and the air horn from the front of the TB. Easy repair.
