yes that is an awesome engine, and for the bargain basement price of $204,000 complete with drive.
here is a link with some videos. http://www.zr1.net/forum/showthread.php?t=14035 Here is a dyno test http://www.mercuryracing.com/blog/dyno-mighty/ At 1st they were rated at 1300hp with the engine compartment closed and 1350 with cold air induction or the engine compartment open. It was discovered that it made 1350hp no matter what they did with the air induction. I love the in boat video. When they are turning the boat, you can see 1 engine revving 6000 rpm and the other engine is revving say 6400rpm, then once they straighten the boat, both engines are turning the same rpm. This was a huge investment by Merc, but they no longer have to rely on GM for their blocks as this is all done by Merc.
