Default intake valve guide

My siamesed ported heads are almost done, but I need 1 intake guide.....are these easy to find or are Jerry's OEMs the only ones out there?

More like this:

Bought them like this......the alum is residual from intake porting. The guy cut the IH gasket surface thin, shop is fixing it

Wow...Now Polo's look more like what one might expect to see in a big inch race motor - siamesed and both ports opened to the "max". However, one port maxed and one port small...AND siamesed...:

Are you going to leave them "as is", or are you going to open the primary side up a bit? Did you buy the IH that went along with the heads?? I'd be interested to see what the porting looked like on the IH outlets that goes w/ those heads.

Interesting approach. Why did you chose that side to "flatten out" / open up? It isn't the side which needs the help... the other side is where the short side of the severe angle is at the I/H.

I bought them that way, will see what they do. They are plenty big vs stock on a 350 motor I would think. Considering I got them for next to nothing, worth the chance.

Stopped by to check on the progress of the heads, they look awesome....IH mating surface has been restored, might have them flow tested.

Lee,

I'll lend you my GVD heads and get them flowed alongside yours. Should be an interesting compare!
