Life is like a roller coaster you have highs and lows.
It is the average of all where we want it to be above the base line. This is the sweet zone and what we call being happy. Find this zone and smell the roses often when you are in it. This was advice my father told me many years ago that he lived by. It helps me to remember this when ever I have to deal with mean folks.
