Re-wiring the power key
Sorry if this topic has been covered but I have combed the threads and not found anything on it yet. I have the center console apart for stereo reasons and was wondering if anyone knew how to wire the power key so it is always on? I'd rather do it now while everything is apart...

Re: Re-wiring the power key
What year? Best bet is to modify the calibration to startup in Full Power mode.

Re: Re-wiring the power key
Most do this with a custom chip---fans on at lower temps---elim of cags 1-4 shift---changes to the performance curve ---and key always on--
all are typical of a mod chip change out--- check out the long running thread on "what chip do you have" for mfg of the various chips and what everyone had to say about them!!!
