Thanks for all your suggestions and offers. The A/C system worked properly all day today. So, I plan to evaluate it for the next two days and then decide if I want to have the parts shipped to me from home. When I am in Mesa, AZ a week from now, I would have time to work on the car.

Jerry, no worries, The decision to actually depart for the trip was delayed until the last minute due to a family situation we had to resolve. We went through Oklahoma very quickly due to delays in Nashville. I look forward to getting together with you on the next trip.

I have more info about the A/C Blower. This morning when I started up, the blower was not running. At the first stop of the day, I "tapped" the blower motor. On start up, the fan worked properly for the rest of the day.

So, the problem is definitely the blower motor. My son is going to send my spare blower to me and I will be able to replace it.

Well the good news story is that the blower is not a ZR-1 only part and about $50 without the squirrel cage. Jim just relax the inner fender to allow room to pull it out and swap out the cage. Its a 40 min job max.
