Expensive yes, but still a lot cheaper than iron liners.
You should give Millenium Technologies a call. I cant find the # right now but you can google it. I think I remember it being quite a bit cheaper for old Nikasil removal, overbore & new Nikasil coating. |

That is exactly the Millenium I was referring to. I am not sure what their daily grind is, but I dont think its LT5s cause the guy didnt really have a clue about it when I spoke with him, but they are competent and can get you the finish dimension with coating that you desire. If you call them mention that the LT5s liners can be removed, I think it makes it easier/cheaper for them.
