I have seen higher prices for the Nikasil coating.

Yeah, but you have so little $$$ in that engine to start with...Ya might as well suck it up and change that!! :mrgreen::mrgreen: (kidding!)

I am going to swapout a few liners and pistons, just looking at all of the options.

Expensive yes, but still a lot cheaper than iron liners.
You should give Millenium Technologies a call. I cant find the # right now but you can google it. I think I remember it being quite a bit cheaper for old Nikasil removal, overbore & new Nikasil coating.

I've sent some motorcycle parts to them for the same type of cylinder boring/plating and they did an excellent job. :thumbsup:

That is exactly the Millenium I was referring to. I am not sure what their daily grind is, but I dont think its LT5s cause the guy didnt really have a clue about it when I spoke with him, but they are competent and can get you the finish dimension with coating that you desire. If you call them mention that the LT5s liners can be removed, I think it makes it easier/cheaper for them.
