But I swear it doesn't run at all and I have done
at least 8 WOT runs until 7k RPM and there's no issue. I thought that in these conditions the ECM would block my RPM to 3k...

I own a RX-7 and I removed a lot of systems. Made everything easier.
I would like to remove that secondary system.
