I purchased the Jeep module off of Amazon and it works. Mine fit with no modifications. The holes didn't line up exactly, but that's not a big deal.

Recently I noticed my wiring harness is the same as yours pictured Starman with 3&1 contacts as opposed to the 4 & 2 contacts on the BCM. ...
