Sounds a lot like a mem-cal error. Either wrong mem-cal, not seated or damaged pin. The immediate cooling fans and ERR on the digital readout also are indicative. Didn?t read entire thread...

WTB: Used Camshaft Covers
I have a customer looking for a pair of "orphan" cam covers. Meaning used but without heads. Finish quality is not important but the surface and cam bores must be straight.

If you want the shift light to come on above 6375 rpm, you have to change the operating code to read the ROM address for Rpm/31.25 rather than RPM/25, which maxes at 255(d) or 6375.

that's the vacuum line from the pump to the SPT actuator solenoid. It almost looks like it's plugged? If the pump isn't running continuously, then it might be plugged down there too.
