Possible mice debris in the throttle plate cable TPS area. Ditto floor mats or aftermarket wiring hanging around.

Hmm. I have a GMB water pump on the shelf also purchased from RockAuto. Hmm I wonder if it will have the same issues. I was told that GMB stands for General Motors Brazil. 🇧🇷 Is that correct?

I learned by the master Marc himself. I bought the dvd. It?s worth it and satisfying. One must be detail oriented and focused. (Once I forgot to plug in the ignition control modules, no start, o crap)

Anchor 2902 is the mount required. Anchor is a name brand for decades in rubber mounting systems. $52.12 each on Amazon. Jerry?s has them new OEM also.

No reserve 1991 Z with low miles on bring a trailer. You might get it cheap and have money in budget for tires and wheels. In PA not so far from you.

File the contacts to remove carbon deposits. I even use a die grinder stone on my battery drill to shine them up. The starters seem to require it at 30-40k miles of use.

Most likely the rack is fine and the play is within the inner tie rod that threads onto the rack. Rockauto DORMAN IS200PR.
