A few of the earliest Lingenfelter cars did not have the plenum machined. I know of 2 90s for sure that are legit LPE cars without the engraving, this one would make a 3rd that I've seen.

Wagner slave fitment issues?
Anyone else experience fitment issues with the Wagner slave cylinder (SC103711)? The stock piece has a flange made out of stamped steel. On the Wagner piece, the whole thing is made out of a casting....
