Re: Mountain Run 8

Looking forward to a week of ZR-1's. We'll be doing both the MR-8 and the gathering. Anyone heading to Florida on Sunday after the gathering?

Re: Another "missing" thread

Both banks at the same time, and the plugs are identical, absolutely no difference side to side.

Re: Another "missing" thread

No doubt it's time for my initiation, first plenum pull. I can't complain, doubt if few have gone so long without this right of passage.

I'm still confused and concerned about the sudden cause of...

Another "missing" thread

I've spent a good part of the afternoon reading about solutions to erratic running LT5's. I'm no closer to understanding mine than when I started, hopefully the brotherhood can shed some light on my...

Re: R134A Conversion

Didn't the 94's and up come with 134 from the factory? Are the compressors, condensors or evaporators different? Do the early cars cool significantly better than the late ones?

Cost of R12 has...

Re: Florida question

When you get to Miami, head west and check out Everglades National Park. It's not real exciting but it is interesting if you've not done it before. They have trams with narration that take you around...

Any interest in a '91 Z-07 ?

My son is selling his 1991 Z-07, it's listed on the other forum. He's heading off to school in a couple weeks and will not be able to have a car for about 3 years.

It's white with a saddle...

Re: Any interest in oil filter decals?

Depends on who you ask. The consensus on the forum seems to be that the PF-970 is correct for all years. NCRS seems to think PF-970 is a 1990 label only and 91 and up would have PF-970C.

I've got to do the same thing on mine, needs to be pulled up about 3/4 inch to tuck in nicely, like yours now does.

Re: oil filter

I've heard that this is a good filter for the 90's:

Homemade labels, one on a Bosch and one on a Purolator. Never seen a real one myself but made these labels up working from the few pics I could...

Re: SYS light,,

I've had the same problem, bet your climate control doesn't work either. For some reason when the battery goes low, it blows the A/C fuse and you will be unable to pull any codes. There's a one liner...

source for nuts and bolts?

Specifically, I'm looking for one of the torx headed capscrews that holds the MAP sensor to the back of the plenum.

Is there a vendor for this type of hardware? I'm aware of the ones selling...

Help identifying an A-mold wheel

Craigslist was good to me!

I responded to an ad for a set of 5 spoke wheels that fit a '98 to '02 Camaro. 11 inch rears and 9.5 fronts. Asked the fellow if he had any numbers off the backside of...
