1990 Quasar Blue ZR-1 F/S
I'm just not putting the miles on her that I'd hoped to - and the wife doesn't drive a standard. I'm planning to move to a C5 or C6 Auto (I still have a C2 4 speed to drive on weekends).

Gorgeous! I love the color, looks similar to the Marina blue on my 67. Was this color ever used in production? I'm obviously a fan of Blue...

Marc Haibeck will also bore your TB and custom fit the blades. I had mine done when I ported the intake. I have no DAG - but no idle issues.
I'd just make sure first (before you get into a TB...

As long as I'd owned the...

Before tearing into the clutch, suggest you check that the reservoir is up, and that the slave is not leaking. I had a leaking slave and it had a noticeable effect on the behavior of the clutch

Yup, per FSM - sequence and Torque. I believe Marc H uses a different sequence - but I used FSM sequence. #4 and #6 Torque may be a bit off because my socket wont fit between the runners - so I use...

Re: Ported Intake Gasket Woes
Jerry, read your questions more carefully. Your observation that the inboard gasket material is pushed out is interesting. I was focused on the vacuum leak - the outboard area pulled in - which I...

Thanks for the questions and suggestion Jerry, Lee.
OK - The last 2 times I attached the gaskets to the Plenum using contact cement - maybe that was not such a good idea.
The plenum seems to...

Good luck.
