A/C shut off

This sounds a little crazy but my a/c works fine @ idle but when brought up to 1500 to 2000 rpms the light on the head blinks and goes into default. We pulled the fuses to reset and the a/c goes cold again @ idle. Any thoughts?

Did you pull any codes??

Normally flashing LED is a low freon indication

Freon is fine and line pressures are where they are supposed to be. We did not pull any codes. When the light flashed on the head unit to reset it there are 2 fuses you pull for 15 seconds and that resets the system. At idle the system operates as it should.

Could be the AC programmer above the acceloraor pedal on the firewall. However without running the code or the tests in the FSM (Factory Service manual) eveything is a WAG.

Thanks, we figured that out. Found it in the FSM. I'm meeting up w/ TomTom tonight and we are going to pull the codes.
Is the AC programmer ZR1 specific? Thanks....
