Default Looking at subleasing my 32CC Fountain

I have this boat that sits about 5 months out of the year here in North Texas. I am thinking about doing a sublease to someone in warmer climates during this time each year. It is a 2007 32 CC with 2x 300hp Verado's with DTS. Full raymarine E-120 set up. It holds 400 gals so you can get off shore a long way with it. Also it has a built in head and shower and a Myco trailer to pull it around with.

Anyone that might be interested in subleasing this let me know. We could either work out a cash arrangement or if you have something cool I would be able to used during that period I would consider that too. If I come to a trade based deal on the boat please keep in mind it lists for over 200K they way it is outfitted... So please no offers of trading for a scooter or something like that..

Nice Rig

I wouldn't lease it out. Nothing but heartburn and what if a motor lets go?

Someone could beat the piss out of it or mess up the glass on it.

Is it really worth a couple thousand dollars?

I have good insurance and the motors have a 5 year warranty... They currently have 65 hrs on them.

Oh if it's a cash deal there will be a deposit -- and if a trade for a vehicle they really would want to take care of my boat the way they want their vehicle taken care of...............
