Red face Nissan GT-R

You'll like this...talked to Jeffvette yesterday & forgot to tell him this so I'll share with everybody. Buddy of mine bought a Nissan GT-R a couple months ago...cool car, for turblow's , well last week some oil came in he ordered, I think the tranny takes like 10 Litres, front & rear diff's use around 2-3 L each, don't quote me , so under 20 L's anyways, right?...$1300.00 dollars!! $98.00 a Litre! Hole-Lee- F**K...you kidding me? Dealer owner is a friend of his too, said they couldn't believe it when the stuff showed up. This 'IS' Canadian money mind you, so the U.S. stuff is probably 2-3-4? hundred cheaper, but still...WOW!

I've heard the same thing. Is there something special about this oil? Or is this the same kinda stuff used on all the higher end sports cars? Or is it just spacific for the GT-R's?
