He picked it up on the way to BG. What a way to caravan and have a great weekend, plus achieve the 100,000 mile "milestone".

Re: Yellow Z in MD??
Yes, I bought a 1994 Competition Yellow ZR-1. I had been looking at the car for a while and finally got it on eBay.
The car is yellow with a gray interior, one-of-one made in 1994. ~90,000 miles, and the paint is in superior condition. I picked it up in Irwin, Ohio on the way to Bowling Green. I had a special escort team: (Thanks, David, Ricky, Darrin, and Glenn) The car runs great. There are a few little problems but all are fixable. Here is a nice picture that George Jones took in the pit at Beech Bend: Here is my collection: ( Note: the Red '90 is a stunt double. Thanks Darrin!!) Jim

Have to love that yellow. Paint looks like a low mileage car and NOT a 90k mile one! Congrats Jim Cheers David |

Good stuff Jim. Yellow/Grey one of one, huh...? Don't know if i ever knew that or paid attention, makes it that much higher on the 'Cool' scale , I think anyways

Thanks Ricky, and thanks for the ZR-1 escort. The car is running great. No issues. I have cleaned it up and it is bright and shiney (thanks David) and it is looking really sweet. Jim |
