Some of the other ones look pretty rough (corroded) I may have to replace all of them.

That's what happened to me last year. Had to drill bolt heads. Replaced with SS from McMaster. |

Hans, make sure you chase the threads and clean them out, and also use some antiseize on the replacements bolt.

Good point Jeff thanks...
I got lucky and actually managed to get the broken bolt shank out with a visegrip. I have a ported set of injector housings and plenum ready to go in. I'll clean the old ones up before I put them up for sale with the old plenum. H ![]() |
