I think the fuses are in the panel on the right side of the dashboard. But I'll bet you have a window motor failure....
Ask me how I know.

I'm wrong - there is no fuse. Sorry. The power windows operate off the delayed accessory bus which has a 30 amp circuit breaker protecting it.

What is the problem you are seeing? Does one window work OK?

The switch is probably disconnected from the wiring harness, or a wire is broken, or the switch is defective, or the window motor is not getting power, or the motor has failed. Take a look at the switch and its connector and wiring. There should be 12 volts positive or negative between the power feed wires to the motor - they are dark blue and brown. (Since the panel was removed, I'll bet that a connector was left unconnected.)

Talking Re: Windows Fuse??

I believe there is a fuse under the passenger kick panel. There are 8 of them there. I shorted one removing the switch from the panel once.

If there is 12 volts from the switch to the motor, the motor is bad. Pulling the regulator from the door is quite a job, and the factory service manual can help if you've never had one apart before. The job is complicated if you can't run the motor to the window half-way down position, but it is possible.

Replace the entire regulator assembly instead of just the motor. (To replace just the motor, you have to disassemble the entire regulator to replace one of the motor attachment bolts. It's not worth the effort.)
