Talking Check Valve under Plenum

Is there a source for the correct check valve that goes under the plenum. I have a makeshift one on the new car now, but would like to replace the one under the plenum eventually.

Anyone have the GM Part Number for this? Couldn't find one separate in the parts listing from the Registry.

I just looked on my parts CD and there is no listing for the check valve as a discrete part. I would have to say that it is included with the vacuum hose assembly as one relpacement part, ya know the hoses we all call the "secondary vacuum spyder".

I found the same thing on the downloaded file from the Registry. I have to replace injectors and hope to find one when I do the replacement. I'll keep everyone posted on what I find. Someone has to make one right?

John, you should be able to find the replacement at a local parts store. GM has a funky configuration for port size, so make sure you get the right one.

Jeff, I am only coming up with a universal check valve that has a larger port on one side. i just contacted Dorman to see if they will give up their manufacturer to let me see if one is made.

The GM check valve is larger on one side as well.

i thought the one you need John is GM 00460734, but i have a few in the package & the nipple is the same size on both ends, approx. .1875" dia. so maybe this isn't the correct one

That's the one. Looks like they are still available from the dealer under part number 460734, less than $5.
