Take a look at this scan data. left/right O2 cross counts are way different.
Not sure what I'm looking at exactly so over to those that do. The car was just at idle in the garage.

I can't answer your question but,
which scanner are you using for data??

Hi ya Jeff. Its an AutoXray EZ read 2000. It was supplied with only error code scanning. I had to pay and have the real time scan function and trigger functions unlocked. Data downloads to EZPC
I'm wondering if the oxygen sensor on that side is faulty. The mvolt reading was all over the place compared to the other.

I'm not able to drive it at the moment. It has no front brakes!! Waiting for replacements from Movit
![]() Done a search, cross counts is the speed of the sensor so one is really really slow. I'll have spare ones, I'll fit them and do a full data set scan next time.

It could just be coincidence, but the left one is the one with the low x-counts. And it also happens to be the one right around 450mV when you took that snapshot. Generally they will be at a low mV or a high one, not really stopping through the middle. So it's possible the left sensor is lazy.
The values should flip wildly back and from from ~100mV to ~900mV really fast. I think it's also possible the cross-counts have rolled over? I don't think the value goes super high, sort of like an odometer without enough digits. Have you noticed any drivability problems? If this is just at idle, I'd probably wait until it was drivable and see what happens in regular driving. |

As mentioned in another thread, I'm waiting for some new brake parts from Movit. while the car has been off the road I have been doing those odd jobs I never seem to get around to. I wanted to have a play with the scanner as I havent really used it much before and I also wanted to check for leaking injectors as well. Idle is sometimes not as smooth as it is other times and the car does drink a lot of gas. Though I realise its far from stock and that may well be down to me or my right foot at least ![]()
