Anyone in New England, Maine, Vermont or Massachusetts would be best, have a great running 90 that they'd be willing to demo to another ZR-1 owner? I've been working on mine to get it right for a long time, but I don't even really know what "right" should feel like. Would love to go for a ride with someone that has a great running car to feel how far off I am.
Lunch or Dinner happily provided by me as a thanks for your time!

Sadly I'm on the left coast, but i would be honored to take you for a spin in "Girlfriend" if i were closer.
Heck, since you are a brother of the beast I'd let you drive her. TomC Crabs '90 ZR-1 #792 Last edited by tccrab; 08-09-2022 at 12:40 AM. |

C'mon down to Florida and you can go for a ride.
What are you doing to yours and what's the matter with it? |

I'm in NH. However, if you're comparing to stock I might not be a good choice. I'm 530 hp.

Take Steve up on it! You will not only see a great car but will get an idea of what can be done with a ZR-1.....Bob

Much appreciated. I wish I was a bit closer so we could make that happen. A vacation trip out there might be in the offing in the spring. I'll let you know if it comes together. If nothing else, we could meet over a beer and swap stories.

The majority of it has been sorted out. But I'd love to just get a metal reset as to what it should feel like, and stop myself from overthinking things.

Thats not a bad thing at all. Be great to feel what a really healthy ZR-1 runs like. I bet it makes a lovely song also!
