Question about Jerry's Gaskets
Good morning everyone,
I'm in the process of replacing the fuel pressure regulator in my 1992 ZR1 and I need several parts that I only seem to be able to find on Jerry's Gasket site. I've had some questions I wanted answered before I place my order but have been unable to get either an email response or anyone to answer the phone at Jerry's Gasket. Before I order, does anyone know if there is a better contact number than the one they list? I'm just hesitant to submit personal/credit card information to a place that does not answer calls or return emails. Thanks for any comments. |

That's strange. I have called a few times and he has always answered and been willing to answer all of my questions. Did you leave a message so he could call you back?

My experience has been the same as Klork's. In fact I received a reply to a question just yesterday.
Have talked to Jerry several times on the phone and he has always been responsive to my needs. I get the impression he does what he does as far as supplying parts because of his fondness for the ZR-1.

He is probably on his way to Carlisle or just on vacation. Jerry is one of the best vendors anyone will find for ZR-1 things. Knowledgeable, normally quick to respond and help, with a large inventory. --Bob

I texted Jerry last night with a part question and he was back to me with an answer in less than 10 minutes.
Jerry is first class.

I'm glad to hear that this is a great company to do business with. I will try again. In the past I submitted several emails, called a few times and even left a voice message, but no response. Maybe I just caught him at a bad time.

Agree with the rest of the crew... never had an issue and neither did the previous owner of my Z... I see many receipts in the folder from when he bought from Jerry as well...
