I have not seen an agenda for the 2019 C4 gathering posted on the NCM website and I wondered where we stand on it. The agenda for the C7 get together in late April has been posted at the NCM for several weeks. Was thinking of going to that, but the two distillery tour road trips were booked up almost immediately and I missed out, so I may not be going. Have we got any distillery tour road trips planned this year? Anyway, curious as to the status of the plan--Bob

Good point Bob. Some of us need to have this if we want to attend. Vacation days are a premium to some

Hi Bob / Jeff,
The overview of the Gathering and 8 other events was included in the last issue of the Heart of the Beast. There is still work to be done, and we look to have registration opened early/mid Feb. A Distillery Tour is being considered among our driving options, and our seminars are being determined. As for planning to be at the Gathering, there will be about ~140 attendees, a lot of ZR-1s to admire and owners to compare notes with. We'll have dinner / driving activities / advanced driver training / track time on the MSP / karting / how to seminars and likely a few libations together at the end of the day. I will keep you posted on the distillery tour, and will hope to see you both there. Regards, Mark

Thanks Mark--I also did not see the HOB yet, just had been looking at the NCM site. The C7 group had road tours to two distilleries, Lux Row (north in Bardstown) and Dueling Grounds (south). Dueling Grounds did not look like much. When the ZR-1 group did it several years ago we went to Heaven Hill with a stop for lunch on the way. In the same general Bardstown area are Maker's Mark, Jim Beam, Buffalo Trace and many others. Look forward to seeing the agenda when posted on the NCM site.--Bob

I wish to encourage and thank Mark and friends in their planning on our behalf. I appreciate the theme as I am a driver more than a waxer. But wow precast1 did a heck of a job polishing my quasar.

Just checking in again. I wondered if you have set up a discount and group code for the Holiday Inn University Plaza yet. I presume we will be there as usual. Always like to make reservations early. --Bob
